- You only pay 5 Euro forwarding charges for orders up to 50,00 Euro

PREMIUM delivery within Germany

For chosen items we offer within Germany a premium service to our customers. We charge additional costs for this service, which varies from product to product. Please note that delivery times for premium service can vary between 3 and 4 business days. Our customer service will get in touch with you to agree a delivery date. In case the delivery cannot take place, because you missed out on the agreed delivery date, we beg your pardon, but ask for your understanding that you will have to pay for these extra costs.

Delivery time explanation

- 24 hours delivery time means that you will receive the ordered goods within 1 business day. This is valid for all orders placed before 3:30pm from monday to friday Please note that orders placed on a friday will not arrive before monday and that there is no shipping during holidays.

If you choose prepayment to pay for your ordered goods your delivery will take longer due to the nature of this payment option. All other payment options have the advantage that we send out the goods immediately. Of course only after creditworthiness has been proved.
